Papanui Toc H Athletics Club Incorporated - Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Papanui Toc H Athletics Club Incorporated will be held on:

Sunday 23 August 2026 at time pm

Papanui Toc H Clubrooms, Papanui High School.

Any remits, Life Member and Officer nominations must be sent to president@papanuitochathletics.org.nz.

All current and previous members are welcome. Nominations are now open for positions becoming vacant on the committee - Treasurer, Secretary, Grants Administrator. Role descriptions and further information is available by contacting president@papanuitochathletics.org.nz.

We welcome anyone who would like to contribute a small amount of time to the running of our club. The committee meets monthly (either in person or online) with most roles requiring less than an hour per week.
